Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain telecom products and services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and support sales conversions.
Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Work towards assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills
6 months or 1 year experience in telecalling field.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of telecom products and services.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
