Mass, power, link, pointing, thermal and data budgets, with margin management. 4. AIT planning and environmental qualification vibration, thermal vacuum and EMI/EMC. 5. Leading design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR), risk management and FMECA. 6. Working knowledge of ISRO, ECSS or NASA systems engineering standards.

Valuable to have skills: DOORS / Jama / Polarion (requirements), Capella / Cameo (MBSE), STK / GMAT, MATLAB / Simulink, Python, ECSS / ISRO standards, technical proposal writing. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech or PhD in Aerospace (preferred)/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical. Certification or course credits in systems engineering (INCOSE) or MBSE will be a plus.

Experience: 1020 yrs in the satellite industry (ISRO centres, satellite manufacturers), with at least one satellite or payload taken to flight in a systems role.
