Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end government tendering processes for Royale 7 Group. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on e-procurement portals, preparing technical and financial bids, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities
Portal Monitoring &
Sourcing:

Regularly track and search relevant government and semi-government portals (e.g., GeM, Central/State e-procurement portals) for matching tenders related to our business verticals.
Tender Analysis: Carefully read tender documents, RPFs, and BOQs to understand eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, and technical requirements.
Bid Preparation &
Documentation:

Gather, format, and compile all necessary pre-qualification documents, company credentials, financial statements, and technical details.
E-Tendering &
Submission:

Handle online bidding, uploading of documents, digital signature (DSC) management, and ensure submission well before the deadline.
EMD &
Bank Guarantees:





Coordinate for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Bank Guarantees (BG), and tender fee payments.
Post-Bidding Follow-up: Track bid status, technical evaluations, financial openings, and coordinate with departments for clarifications or queries.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in handling Government Tenders (GeM, CPP Portal, State Portals, etc.).
Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, MS Office (Excel &
Word), and managing Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
Key Traits: Robust attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
