Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, talent communities, and Boolean search techniques to build solid candidate pipelines.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, career aspirations, and role fit.
Drive proactive headhunting initiatives to attract passive talent from target organizations and niche skill domains.
Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within recruitment systems and trackers.
Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
Help leading Product Companies and GCCs build high-performing teams by connecting them with exceptional talent.
