Location: Bangalore
Job Profile
Will be leading talent acquisition centrally across regions, especially for middle-level and senior-level positions
Stakeholder management – HODs/ Sr. Management across functions
Will also be involved in Campus hiring across functions.
Working on positions based on manpower budgets
Desired Profile
Must have solid exposure to recruitment / TA for middle and senior level positions.
Should have experience in non-IT recruitment.
Preferably from a core industry or someone who has worked on support/ centralised positions other than store-level hiring (if the candidate is from the retail industry)
Robust communication skills
