Job Responsibilities:
Call customers for overdue payment collection and recovery.
Follow up on pending payments and payment commitments.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and confident.
