We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Transport & PDI Executive to manage transportation arrangements and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of heavy earth-moving equipment.

Required Skills
Experience in transport, logistics, dispatch, or PDI operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of heavy equipment inspection and transportation.
Valuable coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and record management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Arrange transportation and trailers for machine delivery to customer locations.
Conduct and coordinate PDI of machines before dispatch.
Check machine condition, accessories, and readiness before delivery.




Coordinate with Sales, Service, and transport vendors for timely machine dispatch.
Track transportation and ensure secure and timely delivery.
Maintain PDI checklists, delivery challans, transport bills, and dispatch records.
Coordinate loading, unloading, and machine handover to customers.
Verify transport bills and maintain transportation expense records.
Ensure all required documents are available before dispatch and delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
