Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer closure.
Source and engage candidates through job portals, referrals, qualified networks, and other channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment activity and share regular hiring updates.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and full-time roles.
Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
Comfortable working onsite in Bangalore.
