Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
Supervise daily construction activities, including excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
Quality Control
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Ensure correct dimensions, levels, alignment, and reinforcement placement.
Monitor concrete pouring, curing, and other construction processes.
Report any defects or deviations to the site engineer.
Manpower and Material Management
Allocate daily work to labourers and subcontractors.
Monitor labour productivity and attendance.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when required.
Avoid material wastage and maintain proper site storage.
Safety Management




Ensure workers follow site safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
Maintain housekeeping and secure working conditions.
Report accidents, unsafe practices, and potential hazards.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor daily work progress against the project schedule.
Maintain daily site reports, labour records, and material consumption records.
Inform management about delays, technical issues, and resource requirements.
Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and billing verification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
