Required Tender Executive with 2 years plus experience to handle the end-to-end tendering process, including tender study, preparation of technical and commercial documents, submission, and tender tracking.
Qualification - Engineering graduate or diploma holder.
Knowledge of GEM portal essential.
Identify and evaluate tender prospects from various sources
Interpret tender requirements
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information
Ensure all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines
Follow up on submission status
Prepare bid documents as per the tender requirements
Monitor the tender submission process
Prepare MIS on daily and monthly basis
Keep record of Tenders and payments
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
