Conduct practical exercises, tool demonstrations, and project-based learning sessions.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and technical assessments.
Mentor students in technical problem-solving and project development.
Prepare students for technical interviews, aptitude assessments, and placement prospects.
Track student attendance, progress, and training completion.
Coordinate with the HR and placement teams regarding student progress and interview readiness.
Stay updated on current semiconductor industry trends, tools, and technologies.
