Job Title: Senior Officer - CAT Axis

The Senior Officer - CAT Axis will be responsible for supporting the Claims Assessment Team in overseeing and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. This role involves analyzing claims data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and providing exceptional service to policyholders.

The Senior

Officer will work closely with various departments including underwriting, legal, and customer service to facilitate smooth claim resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and process claims submitted by policyholders in a timely manner.
Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims to determine validity and coverage.
Collaborate with medical professionals and other relevant parties to gather necessary documentation and evidence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout the claims process.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for claims management and audits.




Provide guidance and support to junior team members in handling claims issues and inquiries.
Maintain positive relationships with policyholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on claim status.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and practices.
