Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Handle material receipt and issue as per approved requirements.
Maintain and update stock and inventory records.
Ensure proper store maintenance and material arrangement.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Project teams for material requirements.
Support purchase activities and follow up on material availability.
Prepare and maintain MIS and inventory reports.
Ensure proper cost control and minimize material wastage.
Update material transactions accurately in ERP.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.

Preferred Experience
23 years of experience in Store / Inventory Management.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Mall / Infrastructure will be preferred.
Knowledge of ERP (MM) and MS Office.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
