Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve key performance parameters across Productivity, Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Morale for the R550 Series Engine Assembly.
Manage production planning, daily manpower allocation, operational decision-making, and process troubleshooting.
Handle troubleshooting for electrical components and resolve in-process technical issues.
Required Competencies & Skills:
Functional knowledge of ERP systems.
Basic understanding of IMS (Integrated Management System) standards.
Basic knowledge of engine testing and machining processes.
Educational Qualification:
- B.E. in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
