Role Description This HR role is a full time, on-site position based in the Bharuch district. The role involves L & D and employee engagement for the Dahej Site having a worknforce of 3500 on roll employees,



This role is responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, Learning and development, People development initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong HR leadership experience
Proficiency in core HR domains such as employee engagement, and learning and development.
Ability to design and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and processes aligned with business objectives and TQM principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to use HR data and metrics for decision-making and process improvement.
Comfort with HRIS and digital HR tools; experience in driving HR automation and process standardization is an advantage.
Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field; relevant skilled certifications are a plus.
Proven ability to work on-site in a plant environment, build trust with diverse teams, and manage change in a energetic business setting.
