Key Responsibilities
Create, optimize, and prove out CNC Turn mill and Sliding Head programs
Develop CNC programs using CAM software (Solid CAM, Mastercam) and generate machining process sheets.
Select cutting tools, work holding methods, and machining strategies to achieve cycle time and quality targets.
Perform program simulation, verification, and machine prove-out to ensure first-time-right production.
Provide technical support to machine operators during setup, trial, and production.
Analyse engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications to define machining processes.
Coordinate with production, quality, tooling, and engineering teams for recent product implementation.
Maintain program revision control, setup documentation, tooling lists, and process records.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle time reduction and machine utilization.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Required Skills
Must have worked in high-volume mass production as well as NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
Robust experience in Turn mill Programming
Positive knowledge of Sliding Head Machines
Proficiency in Solid CAM, Mastercam
Strong understanding of GD&T;, machining processes, cutting tools, and process optimization.
Ability to independently prove out and validate machining programs.
