Role & responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and maintain stock records.
Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
Issue materials as per approved requests.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and material handling.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and other departments.
Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
Prevent material damage, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials.
