Manage daily company operations and ensure smooth execution across departments.
Establish operational processes, SOPs, reporting structures, and performance monitoring systems.
Coordinate with management on business priorities, resource planning, and operational improvements.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Project

Delivery &
Management
Oversee multiple ERP implementation, software development, and support projects.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, resource utilization, and client commitments.
Coordinate with project managers, developers, functional consultants, and support teams.
Ensure timely project delivery within approved budgets and scope.
Manage project escalations, risks, and change requests.
Team Management &
Performance
Lead and monitor technical, functional, and support teams.
Define responsibilities, performance targets, and accountability.
Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor individual productivity.




Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Improve team efficiency and resource utilization.
Client Relationship

Management
Act as a key point of contact for operational and project-related client escalations.
Ensure timely communication regarding project progress, challenges, and deliverables.
Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
Support management during key client meetings and project reviews.
Financial &
Commercial Operations
Monitor project profitability, operational expenses, and resource costs.
Track project milestones, timesheets, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation of change requests and additional work.
Coordinate with management on budgets and operational cost optimization.

Reporting
Implement project tracking, task management, and performance reporting systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
Monitor project health, pending tasks, team productivity, and client issues.
Introduce automation and AI-based tools to improve operational efficiency.
