Role & responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and staff activities.
Maintain inventory levels and stock accuracy.
Monitor goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure proper stock arrangement and product availability.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
Maintain records of inward and outward stock.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily reports on stock, sales, and store performance.
Minimize stock loss, damage, and wastage.
Supervise staff attendance, productivity, and task allocation.
