Troubleshooting:

Use specialized electronic scanners, diagnostic tools, and software to identify faults in diesel engines, electrical wiring, sensors, and electronic control units (ECUs).
Mechanical Repairs: Repair or replace major vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, clutches, differentials, steering systems, and suspensions.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine servicing such as engine oil changes, filter replacements, coolant checks, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
Electrical &
Electronic Systems:

Inspect and fix batteries, alternators, lighting, harnesses, and onboard diagnostic modules.
Breakdown &
Field Support:

Attend to roadside emergencies, breakdowns, or in office support (such as mining or commercial fleet sites) when assigned.
Documentation &
Record Keeping:





Maintain accurate job cards, service logs, repair histories, and parts-replacement records.
Quality &
Safety Compliance:

Follow workshop safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and 5S workplace organization standards.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with Service Advisors and workshop supervisors to report repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery
