Job Responsibilities
Call customers who have pending loan payments.
Remind customers about overdue EMI payments and due dates.
Explain the payment process and encourage customers to explicit their pending dues.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the system.
Team Leaders must guide team members, monitor daily performance and ensure timely submission of reports.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills.
Knowledge of any two languages: Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Team management skills are required for the Team Leader position.
