Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and captions.
Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop high-quality creatives.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Support social media advertising campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Identify prospects to improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
