Annmees Veterinary Hospital is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for pets and animals. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist pet owners and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage appointments, consultations, surgeries, and follow-up schedules.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media messages.
Maintain patient records and update client information accurately.
Handle billing, invoicing, payment collection, and receipt generation.
Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, groomers, and support staff.
Provide basic information regarding hospital services, vaccinations, grooming, and pet care programs.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Assist in inventory coordination and administrative tasks as required.




Follow up with clients regarding appointments, vaccinations, and treatment schedules.

Working Hours
6 days a week
Rotational shifts as per hospital requirements
