About the role

Video is how most of our customers first meet Dr. Gupta and the brand. As our Videographer, you'll be the person behind the camera, getting the shot right so the edit can shine. You'll shoot in our studio and on location, and your footage will go out across our social pages.

Shoot Reels, Shorts and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
Set up and run lighting, sound, framing and camera gear for studio and on-location shoots
Plan shoots with the content team: shot lists, angles, locations and props
Use gimbals and handheld setups to capture smooth, engaging movement
Capture clean audio and the right B-roll so the editors have what they need

Look after camera gear, batteries, memory cards and footage backups
Keep up with the formats, trends and shooting styles that work on social media

Must have
Hands-on shooting with cameras, lighting, gimbals and audio
A valuable eye for framing, composition and light
Comfort shooting both in a studio and on location

Valuable to have
Basic editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
Experience shooting Reels, Shorts or YouTube videos for a brand or creator
Drone or slider experience

What we're looking for
Robust creativity and visual storytelling skills
An understanding of what makes a Reel work: the hook, the framing, the pacing
The discipline to meet deadlines and work independently
A portfolio or showreel. This is a must, and shoots you've done count
