Responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls with customers and business prospects. Promote company products/services and generate potential leads through telecalling. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information. Follow up with leads and customers to support sales conversion and customer engagement. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Make daily calls to prospective and existing customers as per assigned targets. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads and share relevant leads with the Sales team. Address customer queries, provide appropriate information, and coordinate for issue resolution. Maintain daily call reports, lead status, follow-up details, and other required MIS. Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets while maintaining qualified communication with customers.
