Role & responsibilities :
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, HA/DRS);
experience with vSphere 8.x and ESXi command-line troubleshooting is a plus
Valuable Linux experience and understanding of networking, DNS, etc.
Scripting/automation experience (e.g., Python, Ansible or PowerShell/PowerCLI)
Experience with maintaining high-availability production systems.
Well versed with ITIL processes
Ability to handle complex tasks and conduct in-depth root cause analysis
Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities, especially in high-pressure settings.
Communicates effectively with various user groups, e.g., developers and engineers as well as remote team members and vendors
Client-focused and result-oriented
Positive knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization and cloud computing
Knowledge sharing and documentation
