Receive materials, goods, tools, and supplies from vendors.
Verify quantity, quality, specifications, and delivery documents against purchase orders.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Arrange and store materials in designated locations.
Ensure proper labeling, coding, and identification of stock items.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.
Issue materials only against approved requisitions or authorized requests.
Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
Coordinate with the purchase, production, maintenance, and accounts departments.
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory ledgers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and material issue slips.
Prepare stock statements and inventory valuation reports.
Report shortages, excess stock, damaged goods, and discrepancies to management.
Support internal audits, external audits, and stock audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
