TCS Pune is hiring Team Lead - SCM Quality Control

Role & responsibilities
Robust understanding of end to end cycle of Supply Chain (PR, PO creation, amendments, Vendor Master creation, modification, material, pricing updation)
Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations
Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with solid preventive action
Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately
Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets
Identify process gaps and improvement prospects
Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs
Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy Addon Requirements
Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communicator at all levels
Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.
