Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain store standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock purchases.
Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or departmental store management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and store operations.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience.
Accommodation provided.
Full time, on-site position.
