Process insurance claims, policy documents, and customer requests accurately.
Verify documents and update customer information in internal systems.
Review insurance details, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with process guidelines.
Maintain data accuracy and meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Candidates must be versatile to work in the 7:00 AM5:00 PM shift, with two-way cab facility provided.
Candidates should be willing to travel to Noida if required by business needs.
Excellent communication skills.
Candidates must be versatile to work night shifts for one week every two months.
Only BBA, BCA, BA and B.Com graduates are eligible to apply.
B.E,MBA,MCA and B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this role.
