Position: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

Location: Any of the main cities, Offshore or nearshore

Key Skills: HRSD, ITSM, Portal, should be good with integrations like Jira, and have worked on CMDB, discovery as well.

Employment Type: Only FTE (Full-time)

Support hours: IST & PST An extensive background check will be done
Must have 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow modules, with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), CMDB, and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations of modules CMDB, ITSM, HRSD
Support ServiceNow Application Users
ServiceNow system support including Production and Sandbox environments
Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
Reports and Dashboard
Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
ServiceNow Release upgrade testing
ServiceNow Application security administration
User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices
Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience, including scripting,



configuration, and production support.
Valuable experience with ServiceNow integrations, especially with external tools such as Jira and PagerDuty.
Hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery.
Strong experience with JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and related automation.
Ability to design, build, troubleshoot, and support REST/SOAP/API-based integrations.
Experience handling integration failures, data sync issues, authentication/connectivity issues, and production incidents.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow settings with minimal supervision.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
Should be comfortable taking ownership of the existing integration landscape and upcoming Jira and PagerDuty integration work.
