We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller to promote telecom products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up with customers and ensure service satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them when necessary.
Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of telecom products and services.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
