Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms—concept to execution, including content calendars, captioning, visual direction, and performance tracking.
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers across verticals—negotiate deliverables, brief creators, and ensure brand alignment and on-time delivery.
Analyze campaign KPIs (engagement rate, CAC, ROAS, follower growth) and optimize creatives, posting times, and platform mix based on real-time data.
Craft influencer outreach strategies, pitch decks, and contract templates tailored to brand tone, audience, and campaign goals.




Collaborate with in-house creative and performance marketing teams to align content with paid media, UGC, and conversion funnels.
Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and platform updates—translate insights into actionable campaign adjustments and client recommendations.
