Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare operations.
Route calls to the appropriate departments in the Switchboard process.




Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
Process prior authorization requests for medical services and procedures.
Follow up with insurance companies for authorization status.
Maintain accurate records and ensure patient information confidentiality.
Meet quality, productivity, and process compliance standards
