Role & responsibilities
Develop creative collections for ethnic, western, occasion, and bridal wear.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market preferences.
Create design sketches, mood boards, and collection concepts.
Coordinate fabric selection, embroidery, embellishments, and sampling.
Supervise garment fittings, production, and quality control.
Coordinate with tailors, karigars, and production teams.
Ensure timely collection development while maintaining design quality.
