Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Communicate professionally with customers in Malayalam and English.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Achieve daily call-handling and customer service targets.
Candidate Requirements
Fluency in Malayalam is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹18,500.
Training provided, if applicable.
