We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with positive communication skills to handle customer calls, explain services, and follow up on customer enquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
Update customer information in the CRM or company database.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries.
Maintain professional communication and achieve daily calling targets.
Required Skills
Valuable verbal communication skills in Malayalam and Tamil
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
