Role & responsibilities
Perform assigned work in the production or assembly line as per company standards.
Help achieve daily production targets by completing tasks on time.
Operate machines and equipment safely and correctly.
Check the quality of parts and finished products to ensure they meet company requirements.
Report any machine problems, defects, or safety issues to the supervisor.
Follow all safety rules, company policies, and work instructions.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and protected.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Handle materials and components carefully to avoid damage and waste.
Attend training sessions and learn recent skills as required.
Support continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and quality.
Maintain basic records and complete required documentation accurately.
Follow instructions given by supervisors and complete additional tasks when needed.
