Identify relevant government and private tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for quotations and required documents.
Manage EMD, tender fees, bid documents, and vendor registrations.
Track tender status, corrigenda, bid results, and customer follow-ups.
Maintain tender records and prepare regular MIS reports.
