Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design solutions aligned with project requirements.
Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations and detailed documentation.
Coordinate with interior design, project management and procurement teams during project development.
Ensure architectural designs comply with statutory regulations, codes and building standards.
Participate in design presentations and project discussions.
Review design documentation to ensure accuracy, quality and constructability.
Work closely with consultants including structural, MEP and other technical teams.
Support project teams during execution and provide architectural guidance when required.
Conduct site visits whenever instructed by HOD to monitor architectural implementation and resolve technical issues.
Research materials, technologies and architectural trends relevant to workplace and commercial projects.
Maintain project documentation, design records and revisions.
Travel for project meetings, design reviews and site coordination as required.
