Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily workshop operations and repair activities.
Supervise technicians, mechanics, and workshop staff.
Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage spare parts inventory and workshop equipment.
Handle customer complaints and service-related queries.
Maintain job cards, service records, and workshop reports.
Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Knowledge of automobile servicing and repairs.
Valuable team management and communication skills.
Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
