Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture, maintain, and repair press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
Handle blanking, bending, forming, and progressive dies
Interpret engineering drawings and ensure precision
Operate machines such as lathe, milling, surface grinder, and CNC
Improve tool life, productivity, and product quality
Requirements:
5–10+ years of experience in sheet metal tooling
Solid knowledge of press tools and die maintenance
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
