We are looking for Telecalling Collection Executives to contact customers regarding pending payments and overdue loans.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls, reminding customers about payment due dates, following up on outstanding amounts, explaining repayment options, maintaining customer records, and updating collection details in the system. Candidates should have valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Minimum qualification is 12th pass or any degree. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in banking, NBFC, loan collection, or telecalling is an added advantage. Candidates should be target-oriented and capable of handling customer queries professionally.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
