Coordinate the design, development, modification, and fabrication of tools, dies, moulds, jigs, and fixtures.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production tools and moulds.
Identify recurring tool failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
Maintain machine utilization and maintenance records.
Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection and approval of tooling components.
Implement root cause analysis for recurring defects, tool failures, and production rejections.
Maintain inventory of tools, cutting tools, inserts, spares, consumables, and tool room materials.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
