Role & responsibilities :

Job Title : VMC Operator - Fresher
Learn and operate (VMC) machines under the guidance of experienced operators.
Assist in loading and unloading components and ensure proper clamping of jobs.
Learn basic machine operations, tool setting, and CNC program execution.
Monitor machining operations and ensure components are produced as per specifications.
Perform basic dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices on the shop floor.
Report machine abnormalities, tool wear, and quality issues to the supervisor.
Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: 10th, 12th PASS, ITI, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior CNC/VMC experience is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering and machining processes is preferred.




Willingness to learn VMC machine operation, tool setting, and CNC programming.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is an advantage.
Should be disciplined, punctual, hardworking, and quality-conscious.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, if required.
