We’re Hiring: Telecaller

Derma Elementts Aesthetic Clinic | Koregaon Park, Pune

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Google and phone calls.
Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.
Reactivate existing patients and schedule repeat sessions.
Maintain lead records and daily calling reports.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements
Positive communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
Robust follow-up, convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time, in office

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Salary: Based on experience.
