We are looking for a confident, professional and target-oriented Telecaller to join our legal consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, handling enquiries and coordinating follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain the company's legal consultancy services in a transparent and professional manner.
Understand client requirements and record relevant information.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain call records, client databases and follow-up trackers.
Update information in Excel or CRM software.
Coordinate with lawyers and internal teams regarding client enquiries.
Follow up on pending documents and client responses.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling client information.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support or client coordination.
Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English communication preferred.
Confident speaking skills and the ability to explain services clearly.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client objections professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Valuable follow-up, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Patient, responsible and organized.
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in legal services, financial services, banking, insurance or consultancy businesses will be preferred.
Work Location: In Person – Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
