Role & responsibilities -
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
Build, nurture, and maintain robust client relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs, goals, and expectations.
Regularly update clients on campaign progress and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Campaign Management & Strategy:
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.
Develop and present campaign strategies, proposals, and timelines to clients.
Monitor campaign progress, evaluate performance, and provide clients with regular updates and detailed analytics reports.
Project Coordination:
Manage day-to-day operations of client projects, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure all client projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify and address challenges or issues during the project lifecycle and proactively implement effective solutions.
Market Research & Insights:




Conduct market research to gain deep insights into client industries, target audiences, and market trends.
Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to align campaign execution with client objectives.
Financial Management & Billing:
Track project expenses and ensure all financial aspects remain in order.
Assist in managing client billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.

Preferred candidate profile-

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 35 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role within an advertising agency.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Skills: Robust understanding of advertising principles, media channels, project management, and budget oversight.
Key Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
