Role & responsibilities
Handle daily Life, Health, and Motor insurance operations.
Assist the sales team with insurance queries and documentation.
Track applications and ensure timely policy issuance.
Support policy servicing, refunds, and renewals.
Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams.
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Support team training and daily operations.
Qualification:
HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate.
Basic knowledge of insurance operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer tools.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
Versatile and adaptable to work requirements.
