Support the delivery of training workshops and seminars, facilitating discussions and hands-on activities related to VLSI design.
Assist trainees in using VLSI design tools and simulation software during practical sessions.
Collaborate with senior trainers to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
Help update existing training content based on feedback and industry trends.
Provide support to trainees during hands-on labs and projects.
Foster a positive learning workplace by encouraging questions and discussions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in embedded systems and training methodologies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.
Maintain records of training sessions, participant attendance,
and assessment results.
Prepare reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Recently completed a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on VLSI.
Robust interest in teaching and a passion for sharing knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of VLSI concepts and tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
